Prayers for a family awaiting a lung transplant

Check the link on my side bar to my blogging friends Nate and Tricia's Blog. They are blogging about their journey with Tricia's cystic fibrosis and the birth of their preemie daughter Gwyneth. Check out this blog - it is amazing.

Gwyneth (born at 24 weeks 5 days) is 7 weeks old now and her daddy got to hold her Kangaroo Care for the first time a couple of weeks ago. He has posted many videos and pictures on the site. Warning - you may need tissues handy.

Tricia is doing so well she is out of ICU and is now listed on the transplant list wiaiting for a double lung transplant that she will need to survive. Please be in prayer for a donor to be found soon so she can enjoy her new baby whom she has yet to get to hold.

Thank you for your prayers on their behalf. They still have a long road ahead of them but God is showing his faithfulness at every turn.

Love Myra

Hope you had a Happy Valentine's Day

The girls love it when I make them photo cards. These are the cards I made this year.

We had a great Valentine's Day. The Young Singles at the church hosted a parents night out fundraiser for a mission trip. We had 3 child free hours! Howard and I had a wonderful dinner by candlelight followed by a dessert fellowship at church.

The kids had a great day at Upwards Basketball at our church. Here is a little video of Elizabeth playing. She is Navy #24 with a pony tail and her white t-shirt hanging out.

Here is Becky Cheerleading at the game:
